How the process works: After completing the order, you will receive your document(s) in 24-hours (business days). If there are résumé changes, let us know by corresponding directly with your writer in writing at NO additional charge.

Revision Request Policy: Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. We provide a 30-day period to request revisions (no additional charge). For changes to your documents – this doesn’t include future updates like a new phone number, email, new jobs, etc.

Refund Policy: no refunds after documents are delivered. We cannot offer refunds due to the digital nature of the files, but we will work hard to ensure that you are satisfied with your documents. When your résumé writer delivers your document(s), they will provide directions on how to correspond in writing directly with them.
